Terms and Conditions
Protecting your information is very important to us.  Therefore, all the Registration Forms have been set up in a secure location to encrypt the data that is submitted to us.
Preferred411 Membership
New Member Application:
  • $119.00 US Dollars
A new member application costs $119.00 US Dollars and includes 6 months of membership once approved.  Membership renewal rates are:

  • $179.00 US Dollars for 1 year
  • $119.00 US Dollars for 6 months
  • $89.00 US Dollars for 3 months
  • $59.00 US Dollars for 1 month
We accept the following forms of payment:

Once you submit the application with payment, we will start working on your verification. It will typically take at least 2 business days to complete verification.  Applications can be expedited for an additional fee.
Application Requirements
In order to set up your Preferred411 account we will most likely need personal information such as your name, phone number, and work information.
The ONLY exception is if you have references from active P411 providers and are well-established in the community.  Any personal information collected during the verification process is destroyed once we are able to approve your account.
Please understand that we are going to confirm that you're a legitimate client somehow.  We will usually check your employment info and/or provider references.  If we can verify that you're a long time member (in good standing) of a community that may be another way we can verify you.
All applicants must be verified to our satisfaction, and we can be pretty tough!  If you are not prepared to provide this info or we cannot verify your info to our satisfaction, you will not be given Preferred411 membership.
Remember, we do not keep any identifying information on file, this ensures the safety and comfort of us all!

When submitting your request to become a Preferred411 member you will need to create a Client ID and password.  After your account is set up, you may choose to list your personal preferences and other info.
If you prefer to give us your screening info via our Secure Encrypted Livechat, please submit the entire application but leave the Screening Information blank. Once the application has been submitted you can reach us on Livechat to initiate a Chat session between the hours of 9am to 4pm EST, Monday to Friday (closed holidays).
Preferred411 is a tool used by many providers to help in the screening process.  They are still welcome to do as much extra screening as deemed necessary to protect themselves, so please don't be surprised or offended if you are occasionally asked for additional info.
P411 User Policy
We reserve the right to revoke any membership for any reason at any time.
If you develop a reputation of being a problem client, your membership will be revoked. If a dispute is brought to my attention that cannot be peaceably resolved, your membership will be revoked.
Memberships or applications that are denied, suspended or revoked, or cancelled by the client, will not be refunded, regardless of the amount of time that may be left on the membership.

A P411 Client Id consists of Your First Name, the Day you were Born, the First Letter of your Birth City and the last four digits of any ID.

It is very important that you use your real information when creating your P411 Client ID, as it will be verified against identification carried in your wallet when you meet with a provider.

We recommend that you use an anonymous email service for your hobbying needs.  A working email address is needed because this address will show to the providers and is an important tool for the ladies to confirm that you are the correct person using your Client ID.

If you are a student, unemployed, on disability, retired, independently wealthy, etc and have no provider references, we will still able to verify you using alternate methods. Please enter some general info about your situation in the box below and we will contact you for more info.



In lieu of employment info we will accept P411 provider references.  Be aware that the provider(s) will see the info you enter here, so please fill out as much non-sexual detail as possible so that the she can be absolutely sure of who you are on the first try.  Also, it wouldn't hurt to check with the provider before using her as a reference, to avoid delays.
